About the role

Note: This role requires fluency in Swedish, as Sweden is Brickanta's first market.

Brickanta is building an agentic AI platform for the construction industry, focused on the early workflows that usually decide how a project turns out: bid analysis, cost estimation, and procurement. We make it easier to find the discrepancies, risks and gaps in tender documents and to act on them while there's still time.

We're looking for someone who knows construction and wants to help shape a product that gets used on live projects. You don't need to be an AI expert. Curiosity and pace beat the "right CV".

What you'll do

• Work closely with the product team and influence direction, priorities and what gets built next

• Run evals: test AI features against real documents and real ways of working, what holds up, what breaks, what's missing

• Translate construction logic (AF/AMA, drawings, specifications, variations and claims, requirements and standards) into clear user needs

• Join customer conversations, spot the friction in bidding, estimation and procurement, and help us fix it

• Bridge construction language and modern software and AI thinking, without losing touch with how the work actually happens

You'll probably fit if you

• Have a background in construction or contracting (estimation, procurement, design, site production, project management, consultancy or contractor side)

• Are structured and careful with the details, without losing the bigger picture

• Like a high pace and want real responsibility

• Want to help bring construction into the AI era
