We're approaching October, and have already arrived at the fifth teaser. Last week was transparency (i.e. seeing exactly what the partner did). This week is the another part of trust. Namely, deciding what it does in the first place.

No two contractors work alike. Everyone documents, packages and decides differently. A generic construction default fits none of them, because the "standard" way to run a project is a fiction. This week's quality is therefore customisation.

Customisation means the partner learns how your company works and holds to it. Consistently and across everything it does.

Your rules become how it behaves. Tell Brickanta once that you always procure two trades together, or that a certain requirement document must always be included in full, and it follows that on every project from then on. Across project chat, AI documents and repackaging, without anyone asking again.
